REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED
ATTENTION ADULTS!!!! You've been asking when it was going to be your turn, and the time has arrived! We're giving a one-day, Adult Summer Camp at SixTwelve. This camp will not only be fun for you, but also a fundraiser for our kids' camps and activities! So lace up your tennis shoes and get ready for games, arts and crafts, a scavenger hunt in the Paseo, a gardening class and more!
Camp activities will take place here at 612 and in the Paseo Arts District from 1-5:30pm and then, at 6pm, we'll bus everyone over to the Tower Theatre to watch the movie, Wet Hot American Summer. Afterwards we'll have a dance from 8-10pm and for anyone who wants to keep going, we'll head over the Farmer's Market to see the FANTASTICAL Buriloop Show!
*YOU MUST REGISTER FOR CAMP BY JUNE 15! THIS WILL HELP US TO KNOW THE AMOUNT OF MATERIALS AND FOOD TO PURCHASE
Camp Schedule:
1pm: Welcome + Announcements + Games with Leslie + Scavenger Hunt in Paseo
2pm: Arts and Crafts with Laura (Leather Bracelets, Friendship Rocks and More!)
3pm: Gardening with Farmer Paul (Build your own take home garden)
4pm: Cooking Class with Scotty Irani of In the Kitchen with Scotty
5pm: Dinner + Mail Call
6pm: Wet Hot American Summer at Tower Theatre
8pm: Camp Dance with Carte Blanche DJs
10pm: Buriloop (We can provide travel to Buriloop if you choose to go, but you will be responsible for Ubering or Lyfting home.
We'll be having our normal garden volunteer time and the Paseo Farmer's Market from 9am to noon, and camp will start at 1pm. If you'd like to get a better rate on camp, you can volunteer that morning from 9am to noon and take $50 off! *If you register for this option and do not show up to volunteer we will invoice you for the remaining $50 of your registration cost.
