On Saturday, January 23rd, we will present two back-to-back workshops for those wanting to learn the basics of composting. Kids Have Worms will teach kids how to raise red wigglers and they will leave with a small worm bin ready for action. Compost 101 will cover a few techniques on the what and how of a small home compost system.

Kids Have Worms: 1-1:45pm, $5.00/child donation to SixTwelve, for children 6 and up.

Compost 101: 2-3pm, Free to Members, $10 donation for non-members

These workshops will be led by Paul Mays, Director of Permaculture at 612.
