End this year with the blessing of yoga and begin the new year with a burning bowl ceremony and a long OM. Bring a friend or come alone and turn inward to start 2016 with intention. This is a donation class and group practice, no adjustments, a guided practice to share together and half the proceeds will go to the YWAC.
